Beyond the Classroom
We gather for a guided conversation circle to discuss local legends and slang over a cup of high-altitude coffee. Objective: Fluency & Connection.
Traverse the historic Paseo del Río or the colonial center via walk or bike. Learn to navigate directions and architectural terms in the “Pueblo Mágico.”
Step into Mercado Melchor Ocampo with a mission and a budget. Your goal: interact with vendors and discover ingredients. A test of sensory description.
Choose your path: Mexican Cooking
(Chileatole/Picaditas) OR Art Appreciation. Learn to describe tastes, colors, and emotions.
