  • Academic Data: Enrolled courses, lesson progress, quiz attempts/results, assignments submitted, and certificates earned.
  • Communications: Messages sent via contact forms, Q&A sections in courses, and support requests.

Our website may automatically collect:

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser user agent string (to help spam detection), device type, and screen display choices.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on the site, and interactions with our learning platform.

  • Comments: When visitors leave comments or reviews on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string.
  • Media Uploads: If you upload images to the website (e.g., for your profile avatar), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

  • Instructors: The instructors of the courses you enroll in have access to your name, progress, and assignments to guide your learning. They are strictly prohibited from using your data for commercial purposes outside the school context.
  • Service Providers:
    • Payment Gateways: Payments are processed through trusted providers like Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.
    • Tech Infrastructure: Hosting providers and email services necessary to operate the LMS.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles and courses on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos from YouTube or Vimeo, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data:

  • Registered Users (Students/Instructors): We store the personal information provided in user profiles and academic history indefinitely. This ensures you can always access your learning records, certificates, and course history.
  • Comments: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
  • Account Management: All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your data. If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to:

  1. Access: Receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Rectify: Update or correct your personal information via your profile settings.
